Having a fairy tale life isn't all that it seems. When two brothers are involved in a car accident, the wrong one stays in a coma, or so it would appear. Not a bad watch, sort of along the lines of an episode of The Twilight Zone, or Alfred Hitchcock Presents. Tense without being frightening.

Possession (2009)
