The Incredibles (2004)

*TOP 10 ALERT*
Let me start by saying, as Pixar is getting ready to push Toy Story 3 out of the studio, that I think all the Pixar films to date have been at least good, with most being very good. That being said, The Incredibles knocked my socks off. The set up is that in the good old days, there were superheroes on every street corner ready to knock the crap out of any evil doers... until they meet their match facing a horde of evil, despicable, baby eating.... trial lawyers. No longer allowed to be superheroes, they make their way in 'normal' everyday life until a super villain reveals himself and its time to call out the old guard. The themes are suprisingly mature without being complex, and border on being a tad dark in places. Don't let that throw you though, its a great family movie you can easily find yourself watching, and laughing with, again and again.
