Cargo (2009)

A Swiss made Sci-Fi film about the plight of mankind after the Earth has been rendered unlivable. The scope of this film is unbelievable in its depth and realism. There were a couple gaffs along the way, but nothing that isn't easily hurdled. I can't stress enough how absolutely cool the realism and expanse.. easily on par with 2001: A Space Odyssey. The pace is similar too. While I think it lends to the feel of the movie, some less than avid Sci-Fi buffs may find the pace too slow. Add to that the fact its subbed and I think you have a great film that a lot of people won't bother with seeing. If you do decide to give it a look, I can guarantee Sci-Fi fans it will be worth it.
