Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003) / Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004)

This is really one movie in 2 parts. A group of female assassins have a falling out, the result is the super saturday kung fu bloodbath that are these 2 movies. This is definately a 'don't think about it too much' viewing experience. With that in mind, this is a pretty cool B movie with a big budget and players you've heard of... and blood.... lots of it... at least in volume 1. Volume 2 slows the pace a bit, but packs in more story. A couple cheats along the way.. the chest full of rocksalt scene in particular, but like I said... no thinking!! The characters are colorful and delightfully one dimensional and the action brutal and in your face.
