Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead (2006)

When a corporate fast food chain builds a restaurant on an old Indian burial ground in Tromaville you just know it doesn't bode well. After seeing Fathers Day I have been keeping my eye out for more from the boys at Troma. The best way to describe their style from what I've seen so far is a mix of early Peter Jackson (Dead Alive, Bad Taste) and the wit and satire of  Trey Parker and Matt Stone (South Park). This is a musical of sorts that beats the stereotype style of humor with a sledge hammer. There is nothing subtle in this movie with a triple helping of anything they can make gratuitous. Nudity, violence, gore, vulgarity, vileness  and just plain nasty are all found in great supply. This is not the kind of movie you want to see if you want refinement or anything you can talk about in public. While not on par with Fathers Day this was a sick ass laugh fest that left no sacred cow unsodomized. Seriously if people catch you watching this it might cost you some 'friends'.
