A long planned high dollar wedding is suddenly thrown into a tailspin after a drunken accident. B movie hybrid. This is a movie where the subject matter is secondary, and stereotypical humor and characters drive the action. Definitely helps to have a twisty dark and juvenile funny bone. FX are surprisingly good and once 'the event' (okay the maid of honor gets shot in the face with a shotgun) happens the pace of the movie picks up and suddenly a million and one things are being thrown at you. I have to say I found it quite entertaining, even laughing out loud in more than a few places. My only real bitch is that sometimes its hard to determine if there is supposed to be a 3rd party present or not (the camera) as I stated previously, this is a hybrid (traditional plus in movie cameras- why this is an issue will become apparent). But don't plex too long, its not that big a deal if you are enjoying the ride. Great ending. If you can groove to an off kilter beat then I would say absolutely give this one a watch. Recommended.
