An insane German neurosurgeon who specializes in the separation of conjoined twins decides to create one. This is one twisted nut of a feature. Fairly B movie across the board. There doesn't really seem to be any purpose to this movie other than to gross people out, and at that it does a fair job. See it if you must, but you have been warned.
